بعد مضي ستين عاماً على حكم الحزب الواحد وسقوط آخر رموزه بشار الأسد. وبعد سيطرة الإسلام المتطرف الممزوج بأفكار دخيلة على المجتمع السوري. وبعد تغلغل قوى أجنبية في نسيج السياسة الجديدة في سوريا جاءت من مناطق مختلفة كالإيغور والشيشان والعرب الوهابية وسواهم ممن يفتشون عن منزل يأوون اليه وعن غنيمة يقتاتون بها.

كانت السويداء أحد أهداف هذه القوى الدخيلة والغريبة فكراً وسلوكاًعن أبناء السويداء. السويداء المنطقة التي يعيش فيها منذ قرون أبناء مذهب التوحيد وهو مذهب مختلف كلياً بقيمه وتاريخه وانتماءه للأرض وقيم الإنسان عما يفكر به ويتعبدونه هؤلاء الغزاة.

رغم تكاليفه الباهضة فإن غزو الغرباء للسويداء ذاك الغزو الدموي والفاشل ورغم الخيبة التي أصيب بها ممن كانوا شركاء الوطن لعقود، خلق مناخاً جديداً للشباب لتبني أفكار معاصرة ورؤى تتطلع الى بناء وطن كريم ومنيع يحاكي عالم اليوم المتحضر والساعي لسيادة العلم والمعرفة والسلام.

في هذه الظروف الآنفة وبعد عناء عقود من الزمن غابت فيه كل إمكانية لنشاط فكر سياسي اجتماعي ناضج وُلد "حزب شباب الاستقلال" الحزب الهادف لوضع أسس اجتماعية سياسية فعالة تتطلع إلى تنمية مستدامة طالما تعطشت المنطقة لها وطالما حلم أبناؤها النشيطين عملياً وعلمياً ببناء مجتمع مسالم ودولة تتبنى العلم والتكنولوجياً سلاحاً وتعتبر إعداد وتأهيل مواردها البشرية سبيلاً لبناء وطن يلبي طموح أبناءه ويرسخ لما يستحقه شعبه من سلام ومنعة.

"حزب شباب الاستقلال" الذي وُلد بمشيئة شباب السويداء في بلاد الاغتراب وأخوتهم في أرض الوطن إنما هو طامح بمستقبل مزدهر لأبناء الوطن ما دفعه لوضع شعاراً "حرية- عدالة- تنمية" ليحاكي طبيعة المرحلة وتطلُع الناس الى مستقبل لائق. يتبع ذلك تحديد وتبني جملة من الأهداف الاستراتيجية الطموحة للحزب التي سيسعى بهمة أعضاءه لتحقيقها في السويداء الجديدة بمجتمعها وعلاقاتها وجغرافيتها.

سوف يكون "حزب شباب الاستقلال" على الدوام في مقدمة من يعمل على الأرض سواء سياسياً أو إجتماعياً أو بيئياً لبناء صروح مجتمع سليم وحضارة تليق بالإنسان وتعد بمستقبل كريم.

"حزب شباب الاستقلال" منفتح لكل تعاون واندماج مع التيارات والأحزاب الأخرى وقوى السلام لتوطين السلام في أرض طالما حلمت بذك. كما أن الحزب منفتح لجمع كل الشباب الطموح سواء في الوطن أو في بلاد الاغتراب ليكوّنوا روافده في تغذية قيم العطاء في بيئة تحتاج لكل أبناءها الشرفاء أينما كانوا رافعين شعار:

"معاً نبني السويداء"

After sixty years of one-party rule and the fall of its last symbol, Bashar al-Assad, and after the control of extremist Islam mixed with alien ideas over Syrian society, and after the infiltration of foreign forces into the fabric of new politics in Syria from different regions such as the Uyghurs, Chechens, Wahhabi Arabs and others who are searching for a home to shelter them and spoils to feed on.

Sweida was one of the targets of these alien and strange forces in thought and behavior to the people of Sweida. Sweida is the region where the followers of the doctrine of monotheism have lived for centuries, a doctrine that is completely different in its values, history and attachment to the land and human values from what these invaders think and worship.

Despite its heavy costs, the strangers' invasion of Sweida, that bloody and failed invasion, and despite the disappointment suffered by those who were partners of the homeland for decades, created a new climate for young people to adopt contemporary ideas and visions that aspire to build a dignified and impregnable homeland that emulates today's civilized world and strives for the sovereignty of science, knowledge and peace.

In these aforementioned circumstances, and after decades of struggle during which all possibility of mature socio-political thought activity disappeared, the "Independence Youth Party" was born, a party aimed at establishing effective socio-political foundations that aspire to sustainable development that the region has long thirsted for and that its practically and scientifically active children have long dreamed of building a peaceful society and a state that adopts science and technology as a weapon and considers the preparation and qualification of its human resources as a way to build a homeland that meets the aspirations of its children and establishes what its people deserve of peace and invincibility.

The "Independence Youth Party", which was born by the will of the youth of Sweida in the diaspora and their brothers in the homeland, aspires to a prosperous future for the people of the homeland, which prompted it to put the slogan "Freedom - Justice - Development" to emulate the nature of the stage and the people's aspiration to a decent future. This is followed by the identification and adoption of a set of ambitious strategic goals of the party that it will strive with the diligence of its members to achieve in the new Sweida with its society, relations and geography.

The "Independence Youth Party" will always be at the forefront of those working on the ground, whether politically, socially or environmentally, to build the edifices of a sound society and a civilization worthy of humanity and promising a dignified future.

The "Independence Youth Party" is open to all cooperation and integration with other currents, parties and peace forces to establish peace in a land that has long dreamed of that. The party is also open to gathering all ambitious youth, whether in the homeland or in the diaspora, to form its tributaries in feeding the values of giving in an environment that needs all its honorable children wherever they are, raising the slogan:

"Together We Build Sweida"
